Dr. Martin Ramsler
Founder and CEO
Since 2004, Dr. Martin Ramsler, founder and CEO of
Noventura AG, successfully completes real estate transactions for a Swiss and international clientele. He has broad international professional experience in the USA, Germany and Switzerland in the areas of real estate, retail, corporate finance and banking.
As CEO, Martin Ramsler led the restructuring of the German retail group Distrigit GmbH, managed the retail activities of Bon appétit Group AG as CEO Retail and was CFO of the Swiss trading company Valora AG. He was also Group Treasurer and Member of the Executive Board of Sandoz AG and worked for many years at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt as Director of the investment banking unit “Innovations” and at J.P. Morgan in New York as Vice President in the capital markets division.
Martin Ramsler studied at the University of St. Gallen (lic.oec.), at the London School of Economics (M.Sc.Econ.) and at Harvard University (MBA and Ph.D.) and speaks and works in German, English and French.
Chairman of the Board of Directors
Dr. Max Brändli worked as a lawyer (specializing in real estate and contract law) in Zug for over three decades from 1985. In addition to his work as a lawyer, he held a large number of directorships. Max Brändli is committed to ensuring that Noventura AG’s business activities comply with the rules and are sustainable.
